Isabelle Boucherot is currently the Educational Coordinator of the Tourism department at Lycée Jeanne d’Arc – Rennes, a position which leads to constant collaboration with professionals in Tourism to develop – with the educational team – partnerships to offer students internships or the opportunities to get involved in various projects in the field.
An experienced teacher, Isabelle has a genuine interest in cross-cultural approach and pedagogy. She started teaching students in Tourism in 2007 and became involved in various trans-disciplinary or international projects and workshops. Isabelle also teaches students in Home Economics, which she consider a real opportunity as it engages with a different environment and assists in broadening and nourishing experiences with other areas of teaching, contributing to lifelong learning, essential, says Isabelle, in her current position.
