Dr. Needham retired as the founding Executive Director GTTP and continues her support of the program as an Advisor. Her background includes experience as a manager, a professor of business administration, and over forty years as a consultant to business and government. She received a B.A. degree from Wellesley College (where she was awarded the college’s highest honors (Durant Scholar and Wellesley Scholar). A member of Phi Beta Kappa, she received an MBA with distinction, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Harvard University She is the president of Global Initiatives, a non-profit foundation developing curricula in finance, entrepreneurship and tourism.
